I'm Hillary and I'm a restaurant devotee.

I moved to Atlanta 5 years ago, and immediately began to eat my way around town as a sort of icebreaker. I'm a Georgia native but Atlanta is a far cry from my hometown, which is so small that the best meals are the ones found at my momma's kitchen table. Those meals are actually still the ultimate benchmark, even in this city.  

My reputation as a dining enthusiast was earned thanks to my habit of being bellied up at one of any number of Atlanta eateries most nights of the week. That proclivity also brought countless questions and requests for recommendations from friends. Purposefully not a blog, Morsel was created as a way to share my wanderings of the edible kind with you. Today, those wanderings are less about navigating Atlanta and more about my passion for thoughtfully made food, creative libations, and the people who make and hospitably serve them.

I hope Morsel is a helpful guide you keep on your coffee table or kitchen counter and refer back to month after month.
